From assisting
with our downtown Flags program, to representing
AMVETS during VA Voluntary Service committee
meetings, from participating in the Wainwright
memorial improvement project, to serving on the
Honor Guard, from supporting local Boy Scouts, to
training our youth to become purposeful citizens in
a democracy, to serving the AMVETS post as an
officer, there is an opportunity for you to become
involved.
Service
to local Veterans and our community represents
the driving force we have to make a difference
in the lives of others. The pages of this
website offer information on AMVETS Post #1111,
our activities and links to the National AMVETS
site.
Thank you for taking the time to visit our site and
learn about the post. We welcome your thoughts and
participation in our mission “Veterans Serving
Veterans and our Community.
Please
join us every 3rd Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the
Golden West Estates for our monthly meeting.
